from Wenzhou Boiler Factory which was
built forty yea-rs ago. With over 200
employees, an area of 22,000 square meters,
1000t/h of annual productivity of indus-trial
boiler and 5000tons pressure container,
more than 40million annual overturn ,
the company is a council member of China
Electric Indu-strial Associate for Industrial
Boiler, and is one of the leading enterprises
in Wenzhou.

The enterprise
has the manufacture certificate of Level-B industrial
boiler and Level BRI pressure container which
was awarded by National Bureau. With complete
equip-ment and perfect quality management system,
the company obtained ISO9001 and 2000 International
Standard System Quality Attestation in 2001.The
series of products under the registered trademark
“Jinou” are awarded by department, province
and city, especially honored as “98 Service
Quality Trustworthy Company of China”. The leaders
of the company were awarded by the city government
for six times, and its legal representative
has been honored as “Great Manager” and “JinOu”
Prize for six times, and he is also a representative
of the eighth and ninth Communist Congress and
the fourth and sixth People's Congress in Lucheng
Region.
In recent years, because
of the emphasis on the scientific and technological
reform-ation, we have set up a computer center
and local net which can be connected with internet,
and the development of the product design has
taken CAD technology in an early age. We are
one of the CAD model enterprises in the machinery
system of our province as well as a leading
CAD enterprise in the our city. The main workshop
has an area of 24 meters with the lifting capability
of 30tons.Our major equipment includes hydraulic
locomotive of 500tons.25*2000mm tri-axle boarder,
welding equipment with 3m diameter, 80 square
meters flaw detector room for exposure room,
material experimenter of 60tons and so on.
We have established
welder examination committee by ourselves, and
takes welder test training not only for ourselves
but others as well. We are able to produce carbon
steel, low-alloy steel, high alloy steel as
well as those equipment for chemistry of colored
metal, medicine, beer, food, and oil.
In order to meet the
demands of markets, the enterprise has established
longstan-ding technological cooperation with
the scientific research and designing institutes
in Beijing and Shanghai, and has brought in
advanced technology, and perfected the products
construction to improve quality.
Main products: Industrial
Boilers of 0.5-35t/h specifications, hot oil
containing oven and steam boilers; type Ⅰ、Ⅱ
pressure capsules; auto water supply set, etc.
Among these, industrial boilers has all kinds
of specifications and series with its resources
such as coal, oil, gas and other fuel. The products
are widely spread all over our country except
Tibet, and also export to south-east Asia, Our
0.2~4t/h oil(gas) boilers are in advanced level
in China. Its control system realized people-machine
dialogue and complete auto-control, which make
our boilers a kind of environmental protection
products.
